Ciudad Quesada, Rojales
Ciudad Quesada is a residential town within the municipality of Rojales, on the Costa Blanca South, roughly midway between Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. It’s known locally for its concentration of golf courses, a well-established international community, and everyday amenities — supermarkets, restaurants and a private clinic — within easy reach on foot or by a short drive.
Golf on your doorstep
Ciudad Quesada is home to La Marquesa Golf & Country Club, just a few minutes from the development. Several other well-known courses are within a short drive: La Finca Golf in Algorfa, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, Villamartín Golf, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor, all part of the wider Costa Blanca South golf cluster.
Beaches
The nearest beaches are at Guardamar del Segura, with long stretches of dune-backed sand, and La Mata, part of a protected natural park between Torrevieja and Guardamar. Torrevieja itself, with its promenade, marina and wider choice of restaurants, is a short drive away.

Ciudad Quesada has several supermarkets, pharmacies and a private clinic (Ribera) within the urbanisation itself. Torrevieja Hospital, the nearest public hospital, is about 15 km away.
Getting there
Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is approximately 46 km away, around 40–45 minutes by car — the standard arrival point for most international buyers and visitors.
